North Carolina Supreme Court Justice
Michael Morgan is a North Carolina native who spent most of his childhood In New Bern. Morgan has served more than six years as an Associate Justice of the North Carolina Supreme Court. Morgan has been on the bench for over 30 years, serving as an administrative law judge, a Wake County District Court judge and a Superior Court judge before being elected to the Supreme Court in 2016.
Morgan is an alumnus of Duke University and North Carolina Central University
