Georgette "Gigi" Dixon is the Executive Vice President and Head of External Engagement for Diverse Segments, Representation, and Inclusion at Wells Fargo. In this capacity, she manages stakeholder relationships, sponsorship activation, and advocacy and influencer strategies, all with a focus on advancing diversity, equity, and inclusion. Previously, Gigi served as the Head of External Relations for Wells Fargo Government Relations and Public Policy. She's been recognized for her accomplishments, earning accolades such as "Most Powerful Women to Watch" by American Banker magazine in 2005 and one of the "Elite 100: A Tribute to Black Women Executives" by Diversity Woman magazine in 2023. Gigi is actively engaged in numerous organizations and boards, including the NAACP, U.S. Black Chambers, Inc., UnidosUS, and more. She holds a Bachelor of Science in speech communications and theater from Tennessee State University, certificates in Corporate Community Involvement and Nonprofit Leadership from Boston College Carroll School of Management, and an honorary doctorate from Livingstone College. Gigi resides in Charlotte, North Carolina, with her family.
